The Challenge
Patients often receive medical reports as scanned PDFs or photos that are difficult to interpret on their own, and want a way to ask follow-up questions about their results without waiting for a callback.
The Solution
We built a platform where patients can upload a report — PDF or photo — which is read with OCR and summarized into plain-language health insights, alongside an AI chatbot for follow-up questions and a machine-learning service for structured predictions, all overseen through an admin panel.
